So, with Week 1 of the 2026 NFL season here, James revealed three picks ahead of the New England Patriots–Seattle Seahawks game.
LeBron Picks Seahawks Over Patriots In Super Bowl Rematch
The Seahawks host the Patriots in Seattle in a Super Bowl rematch.
And James is going with the Seahawks, who beat the Patriots 29-13 in last season’s Super Bowl.
“We got New England and Seattle. There’s something about the 12th man in Seattle,” James said. “So I got them being victorious.”
The King Is Taking Rams Over 49ers
The Los Angeles Rams face the San Francisco 49ers in Australia.
James, who left the Los Angeles Lakers for the 76ers this NBA offseason in free agency, is taking the Rams over the 49ers.
“Then we move on out the country, headed to Australia, where San Francisco meets up with Los Angeles,” James said. “That’s gonna be fun to watch. So, you know, give me Los Angeles coming out victorious in that one.”
James Believes Broncos Beat Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes is back for the Kansas City Chiefs after suffering a serious knee injury last season.
But James believes the Denver Broncos will spoil his return.
“Give me Denver coming out victorious headed to Arrowhead,” James said.
