Dallas Mavericks Open 2026-27 Single-Game Ticket Sales With Chase Presale

DALLAS — The Dallas Mavericks opened single-game ticket sales for the 2026-27 season at 10 a.m. CT Thursday, starting with a priority window for Chase cardholders. That window closes at 11:59 a.m. CT. Sales open to the general public at noon CT.

In an email to fans Thursday morning, the Mavericks told cardholders to check out with an eligible Chase credit or debit card and enter the first six digits of that card in the promo code box. The same instructions are posted on the team’s single-game tickets page, which lists the Chase window as Sept. 10 from 10 a.m. to 11:59 a.m. CT. Tickets are sold through Ticketmaster, the Mavericks’ official ticket marketplace.

Under the terms printed at the bottom of the email, buyers must use an eligible Chase card, tickets are limited per customer per game, and the offer applies only to select seats and games. All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. The terms also say the offer can be revoked or modified at any time without notice.

Fans without a Chase card were told in the same email that their access begins at noon CT and that the team would send a reminder when it opens. The tickets page also invites fans to sign up as a Mavs Insider for presales, news, and ticket deals.

Chase Became Dallas Mavericks’ Jersey Patch Partner In July

On July 8, the Mavericks named Chase their official jersey patch and banking partner in a multi-year deal. According to the joint announcement, Dallas is the first NBA team to wear a Chase jersey patch. All four official Mavericks jerseys carry the Chase logo on the upper left side, and so do the jerseys sold at Mavs Shops. The spot opened in June, when the Mavericks ended their patch deal with Chime. Mavericks CEO Rick Welts told The Dallas Morning News the team never had serious discussions with any company other than Chase.

“We love it,” Welts said. “The color is coincidentally pretty Mavericks blue. It does look like it actually belongs there and that was an advantage that we have with this one.”

That announcement listed ticket offers among the game-day perks for cardholders, along with Chase Preferred Seating, merchandise and concession offers, and VIP experiences. Eligible cardholders also get a dedicated entrance on the east side of American Airlines Center. On the team’s theme night schedule, Chase presents the Home Opener on Oct. 24, City Edition Night on Jan. 23, and Fan Appreciation Night on April 11. At the July 8 news conference, Welts said he first watched Chase work as president of the Golden State Warriors in 2016, when the Warriors announced Chase as the naming rights partner for their new San Francisco arena.

“Partnering with JPMorganChase marks an important milestone for the future of the Dallas Mavericks,” Welts explained in the release. “As an industry leader, Chase is at the forefront of superior client service, operational excellence and a winning culture – all principles we share. We look forward to working together to elevate our fan experience and create meaningful impact in North Texas for years to come.”

On Aug. 13, the day the NBA released the schedule, cardholders also went first, with access from 3 p.m. CT until the general sale opened at 5 p.m. CT. That sale ran through 11:59 p.m. CT on Aug. 15. The Mavericks said at the time it was the first time in more than a decade they had put single-game tickets on sale immediately after the schedule came out.

Dallas Mavericks Open Preseason Against Houston Rockets In Macao

Dallas and the Houston Rockets play two preseason games in Macao as part of the NBA China Games 2026. The first is Oct. 9 at The Venetian Arena, and the second is Oct. 11 in the same building. It is the Mavericks’ first trip to China since the 2018 preseason, when they played the Philadelphia 76ers in Shanghai and Shenzhen.

The Mavericks host the New Orleans Pelicans at 7 p.m. CT on Oct. 14 and the Atlanta Hawks at 7 p.m. CT on Oct. 16 to close the preseason at American Airlines Center. The regular season begins Oct. 21 at Houston at 7:30 p.m. CT. On Oct. 24, Victor Wembanyama and the San Antonio Spurs open the home schedule at 7 p.m. CT, the third straight season San Antonio has been Dallas’ home-opener opponent. Luka Dončić and the Los Angeles Lakers visit Feb. 28 at 2:30 p.m. CT in Dallas’ only ABC game of the season. The Mavericks have 21 national TV games on the schedule as it stands.

Last season, Dallas finished 26-56. Cooper Flagg won Rookie of the Year after averaging 21.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists in 70 games. Mavericks coach Dusty May was hired on June 23 after two seasons and a national championship at Michigan.

New this season, a Flex Plan lets buyers pick three to nine games and build their own schedule at a savings on tickets and fees. It is sold at Mavs.com/FlexPlan. Single-game tickets are available at Mavs.com/tickets or by calling 214-747-MAVS.
