MINNESOTA — According to Shams Charania of ESPN, Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards will undergo an arthroscopic procedure on his right knee and miss up to two months.
Edwards has played in four games this season. He’s averaging 33.3 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting 48.1% from the field, 40.0% from beyond the arc and 75.0% from the free-throw line.

The Timberwolves signed Edwards to a five-year, $244.62 million extension in 2023. Edwards is making $48.9 million this season.
Minnesota reached the Western Conference Finals in 2024 and 2025. The franchise has never been to the NBA Finals.
