FRISCO, Texas — Every Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman got a game ball for Monday’s 38-21 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, coach Brian Schottenheimer said Friday. The tight ends and tackle Broderick Jones got one, too.

Dallas ran 38 times for 204 yards at Lincoln Financial Field and finished with a season-high 416 yards. Javonte Williams carried 25 times for a career-high 155 yards and a touchdown, the first 150-yard rushing game by a Cowboys player since 2018.

The Cowboys entered Monday averaging 20.9 carries and 76 rushing yards per game, according to the team.

Brian Schottenheimer Blown Away By Offensive Line’s Consistency

Schottenheimer named Tyler Smith, Cooper Beebe, and Tyler Guyton while describing the night, and said Beebe is playing really well right now.

“I mean, they were elite the other night. I mean, they really were. They like going forwards. They don’t like going backwards. I understand that,” Schottenheimer said. “But what I just was blown away by was the consistency of the execution. One play, it was multiple plays where they were moving people. Tyler Smith, Beebe’s playing really good right now. We’ve talked about Tyler Guyton.”

“I just think as a whole, tight ends included, the blocking unit, the offensive line all got game balls, including Broderick,” Schottenheimer continued.

Dallas used Jones as an extra blocker at Philadelphia, at times lined up outside the tight end. Schottenheimer said Tuesday that Jones had earned the right to play some. Hunter Luepke got his own game ball Friday for his special teams play.

The play style was what Schottenheimer took away from the night on offense, he said Tuesday, the day after the win.

“I think it was important. I think it was big. I think what we take away from that offensively is the play style. I thought the offensive line was just dynamite all night,” Schottenheimer explained Tuesday. “I thought the way they blocked the running game was great. The pass protection was awesome.”

Tyler Guyton, Tyler Smith, Cooper Beebe Lead A Healthier Line

Smith, an All-Pro left guard, missed the first four games after thumb surgery before the opener. Dallas opened his return window Oct. 5, and he was on the field Monday next to Guyton. Smith was added to the injury report Thursday with an ankle injury but practiced in full.

Guyton, the 29th overall pick in 2024, committed a team-high 18 penalties as a rookie, according to The Dallas Morning News. Schottenheimer said Tuesday that the left tackle is playing at one of the elite levels in the league, and Guyton said Wednesday the line’s mentality took shape in the offseason.

Beebe went to Dallas in the third round, 73rd overall, in 2024 out of Kansas State and moved from guard to center. Tyler Booker, the 12th overall pick in 2025, starts at right guard, and Terence Steele is at right tackle. Schottenheimer compared the group Tuesday to the New York Jets lines he coached under Rex Ryan.

The Arizona Cardinals sacked Dak Prescott 5 times in a 27-17 win at AT&T Stadium the last time the teams met, on Nov. 3, 2025. Dallas (3-4) hosts Arizona (2-5) on Sunday, and kickoff is set for noon CT on FOX.
